Create a new journal

  1. Locate the navigation panel on the left hand side of the app. If it is not currently visible, click on the hamburger menu icon in the top left of the app to open the navigation panel.

  2. Click on the ‘Journals’ button in the navigation panel to view all of your journals.

  3. Click on ‘Create New Journal’

  4. Give your journal a name and then click ‘Create’

  5. Your new journal will now appear in your list of journals

Rename a Journal

  1. To rename a journal, make sure you’re on the ‘Journals’ page.

  2. Locate the journal you wish to rename in the list of journals.

  3. Click on the ‘green pencil edit icon’

  4. Rename your journal and click ‘Rename’
